The Mountain Top Lodge at Dahlonega is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Dahlonega in the heart of the Georgia mountains and wine country.  We've operated year-round for 22 years and offer a unique B&B experience with thirteen comfortable rooms for your special guests.

A large country estate home nestled atop a woodland hilltop and a separate hillside lodge create this charming "mountain country retreat."  The main house with its covered sitting porches and large decks is a great place for guests to gather and recap the day.  The warm and inviting atmosphere of the lofted Great Room with its honey-colored wood walls, reading nook, woodburning stove and game/TV area create an immediate impression that the Mountain Top is a special B&B.  The fresh country decor mixed with antique accent pieces and regional art create an eclectic and "rustic" sense of style.  The Hillside Lodge, just steps from the main house and set on the edge of the forest slope, provides additional privacy and a wonderful setting for your special getaway.    

Guests are invited to relax or explore our property.  Many choose to walk along the one half mile long private lane that meanders through the meadow and past the neighbor's horse barn before returning along the forested hillside to the top.

Our dining rooms and adjoining patio allow us to accommodate small catered events for up to 30 people.
